By referring your friends and family to Halo Custom Guitars, you can be eligible for a Halo Store Credit or Halo Referral Rebate. You are automatically qualified for the Halo Referral Program if you purchased a Halo guitar or bass and were satisfied with the product (did not return the product). Membership is free, and each referral earns you 15% Halo Store Credit or 10% Halo Referral Rebate of every new customer sale (new customers have never purchased from Halo Custom Guitars before).

Here’s how it Works

2. Distribute Referral Business Cards to friends and family
3. Receive Halo Store Credit or Halo Referral Rebate according to terms below

The 15% Halo Store Credit or 10% Halo Referral Rebate credit are limited to Satisfied Halo Custom Guitars Customers who make a referral that results in a new Halo Custom Guitars Customer. Concurrently, the referred customer will receive 10% off their first order. For any type of referral in this program, the referred customer must be satisfied with the product (cannot return the product). Credit will be issued to the referring and referred customer's account approximately 30 days after the order was fulfilled. The referred customer must purchase directly from Halo Custom Guitars via its website (www.haloguitars.com) or over the phone (408-873-8606) to qualify the referring/referred customer for the referral credit. Self referrals are not accepted. Combining discounts is not allowed. Accumulated Halo Store Credit must be used within one year, after which the credit will expire and cannot be used.

How are the referral credits calculated?

The referral credits are calculated based on the referred customer’s total order price, which does not include upgrade options, shipping & handling charges, and sales tax. For example, the referred customer buys a guitar for $1000.00. The referred customer will receive 10% off their order; while you (the referrer) will have the choice of either 15% Halo Store Credit ($150.00) or 10% commission ($100.00 check).

Do I need to be a Halo Custom Guitars Customer to participate in the Referral Program?

Yes, you must be a Satisfied Halo Custom Guitars Customer to participate and receive the Referral Business Cards and credits.

Are the rebate checks payable to me (the referrer) personally?

Yes, when that is your preference. Otherwise, you will accumulate Halo Store Credit which must be used within one year.

How long do I have to wait for rebate checks to arrive?

Rebate checks will be issued approximately 30 days after the referred customer receives product. This is necessary to determine if the new customer is satisfied with their purchase and does not return the product.
