Perfect. There is no reason at all to consider other guitars at this price point. I've been through some of the highest-rated mid-range overseas guitars available from the big boys (PRS SE, Jackson, etc), and could never recommend one over this Halo. It's honestly better than some of my name-brand American guitars as well.

It's beautiful. I dig those pickups and I am finding that adapting to the fan frets isn't a problem. Cheers

My 3rd Halo, and I'm extremely impressed with this guitar.

* The quality of this guitar is remarkable.
* When you compare what you get: (A beautiful burl maple top, stainless frets, bare knuckle juggernaut pickups, luminlays, locking output jack, multiscale fanned fretboard, neck through body, locking tuners) with what the competition has to offer at the same price, you start to realize what an exceptional deal these guitars are.
* The fret work here is top notch. Period. Edges are perfectly rolled off, every fret is leveled and polished to a mirror.
* The maple top on this guitar is absolutely beautiful.
* The tonal options with the Bareknuckle Juggernauts have a very wide range from pristine(with the coil splitting) to incredibly tight and brutal. THESE THINGS ARE AMAZING.

Salvus 7 fanned fret guitar. There were very minor errors... but it was easily fixable. Otherwise, the communication, service, and product were all excellent

This is review of the bass only…

Arrived in a very properly packaged box.

The bass itself is beautiful. It was made to how l specified and has an amazing finish to it.

Coming in under 8 pounds, it has a nice balance to it and is comfortable in your hand.

As for as the tone, there is no dead spot on this bass. Fret work is spot on, carries the note forever, incredible resonance, plays like butter.

I did however change most all the electronics for one reason or another.
Most every bass l have, l had to make mods to, so it doesn’t bother me that much.
I give Halo 5 stars in the build for the following reasons:
The did ultimately deliver a custom 5 string, lightweight short scale bass with two registers, made the way l wanted, which is truly a one if a kind custom bass.

The crew at Halo did everything to make it happen, all the way to completion, and l am grateful.

Custom GVK 7 String with Evertune Bridge... 5 stars

I already own an acoustic 12-string and three electric 12-strings. They each are fine, but I was looking for something different that I can't really explain. My plan was to use the Clarus, if I liked it, for rhythm work on some or all of the seven songs I was planning to record. I have now practiced the seven songs using the Clarus exclusively, and it works well for each song in terms of my playing ability and the tones that I can get using the Clarus for all of the songs. This is one sturdy guitar.

I am very happy with the guitar...a custom designed 8-string electric... I may order another 8-string but with different woods, colour and electronics.

I ordered a custom guitar with mostly stock features, outside of body shape, headstock shape, and a push/push knob for coil-splitting, which is not a standard option.

Once I got the guitar, the guitar looked great out of the box, played fine, I made some minor adjustments to the neck relief, and plugged it in. The guitar and the pickups sounded and felt great, but the volume knob had actually been wired as a tone knob, so I couldn't turn the guitar down until I took it to a local tech to have them rewire the volume knob. Now that it is fixed, I am ultimately happy with the guitar, but would have liked to have been spared that initial shock of something not working correctly after shipping. 4/5 stars, but definitely would be willing to get a second and rate it 5/5 if it shows up right out of the box.

The guitar looks and feels awesome (Halo Merus 6). It is a really professionally, high quality built instrument. The service of Halo is impeccable! How can Halo improve in general? Warn for duty cost op front. Delivery time could be deal breakers for some.

I absolutely love it, one of my favorites ever. It's a dream.

Wow what a beautiful guitar!
I like it a lot. The finish is incredible, and it plays like butter. The only negative point is that the volume knob came up loose, but pretty sure it was caused by the transport. At the end, it's an awesome guitar. The service is really good too. I'll probably buy from them a 6 string guitar for my next one.

I'm impressed! I appreciated the unboxing experience with a t-shirt and certificate. The guitar feels great and plays very well out of the box. The finish is amazing - classy.

The guitar I received may be the nicest, highest quality, solid piece I have ever held in my entire life. I ordered a custom seven string with Floyd rose, and it is amazing. Surgical, accurate, pristine.

The amount of time it takes could be improved. If it didn’t take so long I would probably buy another one.
