I really really liked this builder, and in my opinion it's almost as good as Warmoth's! If you improved it just the slightest bit, for example, I would LOVE to see a bass option, especially since I myself am a bass player haha. But I understand that it's a new thing, and you guys did awesome on it!!

This is a great tool, I love using it!! It gives the freedom of designing something you can call your own. And it makes it so easy to design without trying to imagine what it looks like, because you can see what it looks like straight off.

I'm still itching to see the 9 and 10 string option and I wouldn't mind seeing a version of this tool for bass as well. On top of that, a Bigsby bridge for the BLH and the Covenant body styles and maybe a few more pickup options and colour options.

I didn't see an option for neck shape, add that and I will definitely consider ordering a custom guitar from HCG.

Cool guitar building tool!

Easy to make a kickass looking guitar and stuff.

It would be better if there were more options for angled pickups on multi-scale necks. It would be cool to have the EMG X series or the Metalworks series angled instead of straight across.

More manufacturers should have this in their custom shop tool gives out a great visualization of what could be.

Well it would be great if you could see the guitar from different angles. Also include EMG's in your passive pickups list. And it would be just great if you can use the same concept on the bass section so that you can see on what you are working on. Well I'll be making business with you guys soon.

this visualization is a fantastic thing. you can try and imagine what your axe would look like, but a picture is worth a thousand words. If I do ever order a custom guitar, it'll be from you guys. A Morbus or a Reaper haven't decided yet :)

Great woods and finishes selection, hardware options are too very good. Everything I need in a guitar (for heavy, melodic riffing) I've found on the options you're offering, such as Lace pups, fanned frets, locking tuners and that killer ABM bridge. Also I love the abalone binding you offer.

The only disatvantage I've come across is the lack of 7 or 8 string visualization, but I know you're gonna get that done anyway, so I'm not gonna whine about that. :)

Frankly, this by far the best customisation tool on the net. I actually plan on getting a guitar from this in the near future.

I want a 7 string, and unfortunately the software doesn't allow to see how it all looks in the end. Some new body shapes would be great, but judging by admin responses, this is going to happen soon (great!) I'd like a bigger range of pick ups actually. More Duncans, and definitely the D-activators from DiMarzio.

See if you can get the rights to use some Ibanez bridges in the guitars too, as I don't like Floyd Rose bridges, and much prefer the likes of the Ibanez Zero Resistance tremolo, due to it's configuration, it's a much more stable bridge, and a lot easier to set up for different tunings (thanks to the roller disc in the back).

My last recommendation would be to make it customisable to actually move the volume and tone pots around, same goes for the pick up selector, as I find my hand has a tendency to knock these when I play, and I know many other players do too. Jeff Loomis and Keith Merrow both did it to their customs with Schecter, by moving them around, making things just that little bit more comfortable.

Otherwise, this is outstanding!

I would love to see the option for semi-hollow bodies or to make whatever body you want into a semi hollow. Other than that and a few of the other comments already stated this builder is amazing, I've built 5 and counting, if you come up with options for semi hollow you can have all my money.

Best custom builder out there right now - I don't think anyone else is offering the ability to contour a singlecut body (w/ forearm and tummy carves) according to customer spec. Awesome!

The guitarist for my band Shive and myself have been drooling over your guitars. I built my dream guitar using this software. Beautiful Tele style. The only problem is, I'm a bassist. I would love to have some bass options on here.

I would love to have a Tele style bass with a nice fat Humbucker in the bridge.

The visualization is great. You can spend hours on end customizing guitars to suit all your wild fancies. Sometime, we have ideas in our heads but unless we are ace graphic designers, we can't exactly be sure how it would transpire in reality. This one does that job, and that is just epic \m/
