Fast shipping and super helpful.

My first baritone guitar and very happy with this guitar! Felt great from the start when I picked it up at the office. Will be coming back to Halo for my next one for sure.

Neck has some Flaws in the finish (bought a b-stock). But great otherwise

I got a guitar with an extra wide neck (60mm) to accommodate my fat fingers. It worked out great. They got all my other customization requests right and the result is a beautiful, flawless instrument that I can easily play. They were the only ones I could find who would make that type of guitar for me. I am a very happy Halo customer!

I just got my custom 6 string bass from Halo and it’s the most beautiful instrument I have. In the shop where they assembled the electronics they kept it out as a show piece until I picked it up. I absolutely recommend this shop and Jeff was amazing to work with.

I just received this custom beauty and cannot be more THRILLED!!! it is exactly what I asked for...it took a while but oh so worth it. i have 3 Halos and this one is the master! I am a long time musician, playing over 45 years and never had a guitar like this!!! I am so grateful and I highly recommend if you want a custom guitar these are the folks that can deliver. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I ordered my own signature series Clarus and they did not disappoint. If I could give them 10 stars I would. HELL yeah, thanks to Jeff and the guys for putting it together and making a dream happen.

I just received the guitar I ordered, the Salvus baritone 27" scale length six-string. Holy crap! It's amazing! I was looking for something that had all of the things that I wanted, six-string baritone, white, tele body, and Fishman pickups. It also has an Evertune bridge, which I haven't used before, but I already love it. I've been playing for over 25 years, and for the type of music I play it's literally perfect. The high gain tones are beautiful and brutally strong, and the cleans can get to the point where it sounds like I'm playing a single coil fender. The build quality is great. I got a guitar they consider "B-stock" because the white body had some slight discoloration. Well, I think it actually gives it character and the way I play, and sweat playing live, it was gonna happen anyways lol. Jeff was responsive and helpful to my questions. I had considered ESP who had a similar guitar model, but I am so glad I went this route instead. My band is getting ready to record a new album and this is the guitar that will be on it. I am very excited to hear what we're able to capture with this beast of an instrument. This guitar is better build quality and components than bigger brands for a smaller price tag. I'm extremely happy to have this instrument in my arsenal, and it will be my main instrument moving forward. A huge thank you to Jeff Lee and the Halo team! You guys knocked it out of the park.

First time I’ve ordered a custom guitar however I took a bit of a different approach. Halo built me a body and a neck minus all the hardware and electronics since I knew what I wanted. My order, outside of the longer scale length, was relatively simple which I’m sure contributed to a smoother experience. I ordered a 30” Scale, 7 String Salvus (which is their telecaster body). I mounted the bridge, pickups, tuners and controls on my own to save a little money and am having all of the electrical work done by someone I know. The result is essentially everything I asked for. (Don’t mind the missing 7th string in the photo, I have to order custom string sets to fit with the increased length from the bridge to the furthest tuner).

Found an ad on Reverb for a Halo SALVUS with Fishman Fluence pickups, 27” baritone, evertune bridge, and asked if they could instead put bare knuckle ragnaroks in and they did, shoutout to Jeff, who was with me every step of the way, outstanding customer service. Guitar finally got here today (I knew going into it there was a long lead time but I was ok with it) and it was totally worth it, this guitar rocks. Would do business with again!

I gave them a wishlist made up of specs from multiple guitars, and they masterfully brought it to life—blending it all together into what is, without exaggeration, the most perfect guitar I’ve ever seen or played. I have been a musician throughout my life and have played guitar for over 20 years. Over the years, I have explored nearly every major guitar brand and currently own more than 15 guitars.

At present, I am in the process of recording my second album and required a high-quality 7-string guitar for a couple of tracks. During my search for various brands, I came across Halo Guitars. I recalled seeing their instruments previously and appreciating their craftsmanship, so I decided to place an order.

Shortly after completing my purchase, I was contacted by Jeff, who provided a detailed overview of the company’s operations and lead times. Initially, I was concerned that the production timeline might be longer than anticipated, but that was not the case. Before long, Jeff informed me that my guitar was ready for shipment.

The shipping process was efficient, taking approximately two business days. Upon arrival, the guitar was securely packaged, and to my satisfaction, it was ready to play immediately—there was no fret buzz, the action was set low, and it was precisely tuned to drop A, as requested. It has been quite some time since I have purchased a guitar that required no additional adjustments upon delivery.

It is unfortunate that Halo Guitars does not receive greater recognition, as I believe many musicians may be overlooking the quality and craftsmanship that the brand offers.
